New version of the site

This is the first message in the new ejelta.com's plog -- where new features and project updates will be posted from now on. Subscribe to the Ejelta RSS feed to stay updated on new developemnts.

Another major addition is the free software section, especially the XAO Web Development Suite (which is what runs behind the scenes of this and other Ejelta sites).

XAO Web Development Suite is covered by the open source Artistic License -- the same license Perl is covered with.
